Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), youth groups, women leaders and political associates in Dull Ward of Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State have reaffirmed their support for the 2027 governorship aspiration of Dr Bala Maijama’a Wunti, pledging massive grassroots mobilisation ahead of the party primaries.

This was contained in a statement signed by Abubakar Al-Sadique, Chief Communication Officer of the Bala Wunti Support Organisation (BWSO), and made available to journalists in Bauchi on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the endorsement was made during a strategic engagement session organised by representatives of the BWSO with party stakeholders, community leaders and political actors in the ward.

The meeting focused on strategies to strengthen grassroots mobilisation, deepen political participation and consolidate support for Dr Wunti’s aspiration across communities in the area.

Participants also explored community-driven approaches aimed at expanding the movement while ensuring greater inclusion of youths, women and loyal party members in mobilisation activities.

Speaking during the engagement, the Women Leader of Dull Ward, Mrs Fatima Idris, stressed the importance of women’s participation in politics and decision-making processes.
